Annual Meeting

We gather once a year at different locations around the country.
  • The 2012 Annual Meeting will be held in Washington, D. C. in the October-November time frame.

  • Single accomodation for one person is to be determined; double accomodation for two persons is to be determined. Members who are willing to share a room may be able to share the double rate.

  • Contact the treasurer to register.

  • These Annual Meetings include a special invitation to clergy who are veterans of conflicts after Vietnam, including the current conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq.

  • Annual Meetings are for current and potential full, associate, and affiliate members.

Our Annual Meetings:
  • Serve as a spiritual welcome home to veterans who are also clergy or full time religious workers. There are opportunities for "sharing our stories" making tangible the healing nature of doing so in a community of trust.

  • Serve as a source of spiritual growth. The context of scripture, prayer, and liturgy from our respective traditions has made these experiences both unique and powerful as settings for healing.

  • Serve as a source of professional growth. We invite speakers from fields of concern to our ministries as war veterans who are ordained or fulltime religious workers.

  • Serve as a means of outward focus as we make plans for our organization, and for our organization's work.
For further information contact our Officers. Some scholarship assistance is available.
Our Annual Meetings rotate across North America. The list of past meetings is below; those that are highlighted have their own page with photographs.
